Before work begins
Any deposit, cancellation window, and refund eligibility will be stated in the proposal or order terms. Refundable amounts exclude non-recoverable provider or transaction costs where permitted by law.
Work already performed
Fees covering discovery, design, engineering, licences, reserved capacity, or other work already performed are generally not refundable. If a project ends early, completed work is accounted for under the project agreement.
Digital deliverables
Completed or delivered digital work is not normally refundable after acceptance or use. Verified defects are handled according to the support or warranty terms in the agreement.
Recurring services
Recurring support is billed according to its agreed service period. Cancellation normally applies to future periods and does not create a refund for a period already started unless agreed otherwise.
Requesting a review
Contact us with the relevant project or payment details. We review each request against the applicable proposal, order, and consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
