These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ShotNest: Screenshot Organizer (“ShotNest” or the “App”), provided by WebAppyPie. By downloading, purchasing, or using ShotNest, you agree to these Terms and the ShotNest Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
ShotNest provides tools to organize, search, categorize, protect, review, and manage screenshots. OCR, AI-assisted categorization, duplicate detection, and search results may not always be complete or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before moving, sharing, or deleting content.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use ShotNest for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other rights.
- Bypass Premium restrictions, licensing, Google Play Billing, or security controls.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content stored on your device and are responsible for having the right to store, process, share, or delete it.
ShotNest is an organization tool, not a backup service. Maintain separate backups of important screenshots. WebAppyPie is not responsible for loss caused by device failure, permission changes, user-confirmed deletion, clearing app data, uninstalling the App, or failure to maintain backups, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
4. Free and Lifetime Premium
ShotNest may offer Free features and an optional Lifetime Premium upgrade. The features included in each tier are displayed inside the App.
“Lifetime” means access to the purchased ShotNest Premium entitlement for as long as WebAppyPie continues to make the compatible product available. It does not guarantee that every feature, device, Android version, or third-party service will remain supported forever.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase linked to the Google account used for the transaction. A compatible device, the same Google account, and Google Play availability may be required to restore the purchase.
5. Payments
Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play controls available currencies, prices, taxes, payment methods, and transaction processing. WebAppyPie does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
Never send card details, banking passwords, or payment credentials to WebAppyPie support.
6. Refunds
Refund requests for Google Play purchases are governed by Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law.
If fewer than 48 hours have passed since purchase, you may be able to request a refund through Google Play. Google determines eligibility. After 48 hours, you may contact WebAppyPie Support and provide the Google Play order ID, purchase date, amount, and reason. Do not provide full card or bank details.
A refund request is not guaranteed to be approved. Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, or revoked, access to the related Premium entitlement may be removed. Use Restore Purchase with the Google account originally used for the transaction when reinstalling the App or changing devices.

7. App Availability and Updates
We may update ShotNest for functionality, compatibility, design, performance, or security. Features may change because of Android updates, device limitations, permission settings, Google Play changes, or discontinued third-party services.
We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
ShotNest, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to WebAppyPie. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-Party Services
ShotNest may interact with Google Play and open external WebAppyPie pages. Third-party services are also governed by their own applicable terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer
ShotNest is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free OCR or AI results, recovery of deleted content, or compatibility with every device and Android version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebAppyPie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of ShotNest. This limitation does not restrict rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
12. Termination
You may stop using ShotNest at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access if you materially violate these Terms, attempt fraud or abuse, or create a security risk, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when ShotNest, applicable law, or our operations change. We will update the effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice where required.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without limiting mandatory consumer protections applicable in another country or region. Disputes will be handled by courts or authorities having lawful jurisdiction.
